All jewellery items are crafted from 925 sterling silver unless otherwise stated. Silver may naturally tarnish over time and requires proper care to maintain its shine. We do not offer refunds, but exchanges may be made within 7 days for unworn items in their original condition with proof of purchase. Manufacturing faults reported within 7 days will be assessed and, if confirmed, the item will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Damage caused by normal wear, chemicals, moisture, perfumes, or mishandling is not covered, and stones that loosen or fall out due to wear are not considered defects. Custom orders are non-refundable, and Zivara Jewellery is not responsible for any loss or damage to items after purchase.
